There are multiple components to our summer reading program.  Please read carefully as some parts apply to all scholars while other parts only apply to certain scholars. 

Core Subject Mastery

Our students are prepared to excel on national assessments. Through systematic analysis of student performance data, teachers are able to continuously improve student achievement..  Read more.

The summer reading project is for scholars who have not completed requirements for promotion to the next grade.  You should have received a letter or phone call stating that your scholar must complete the Summer Reading Project for promotion to the next grade.  If your child must complete the Summer Reading Project for promotion, they must bring the completed packet to the school before 12:00pm on Friday June 22, 2018.  All text must be annotated.  All questions must be answered in complete college sentences.  Finally, all essays should be professionally written.  Please download and print a copy of the correct Summer Reading Project for your scholar.
